NXGEN
NXGEN was founded by Tom Nitopi in Whitefish, MT in 2002. Recorded double-digit growth year after year and innovated with WorldAccess global payments program.
2003
Company is established in Chicago
Payroc was founded in Chicago in 2003 by Nicholas and Adam Oberman, later joined by their cousin Ryan Hallett. We methodically expanded our sales operations to have a focused, consultative approach with our merchants.
2004
Payscape was founded in Atlanta
Payscape was founded by Adam Bloomston and Jeremy Wing in 2004 out of their basement and quickly grew to become a leading payments company in the Southeast.
2016
Payroc acquires iTransact Group
Payroc expanded our payments business by adding 300 trusted advisor referral partners and 6,000 merchants with our acquisition of iTransact Group. Our offerings were able to enhance the delivery of customized payment solutions for businesses of any size.
